Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before June 30th 2012 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
A cancellation after June 30th 2012 will incur the full conference fee.
Registered delegates can be substituted at no charge. Please contact the secretariat as soon as possible and at least 48 hours prior to the conference.
